Dog’s Paw Brewing literally came from my love for brewing. When I decided to name my beer brand, my wife asked me what I was going to call it? I thought for a while and then it hit me. I would always wipe my Doberman, Apache’s, paws when he came in from outside, since I had carpet floors. I told her “Dog’s Paw.” Apache was the mascot.
